At Mint, we take a design-led approach to Landscape Architecture, creating outdoor environments that are as functional as they are inspiring. Our work is rooted in regenerative design, meaning we aim to give more than we take — prioritising biodiversity, sustainability and long-term value for both people and nature.

We offer a full suite of Landscape Architecture services across the planning and design process. This includes everything from early-stage landscape assessments and feasibility studies to concept design, detailed planting plans, and construction-ready documentation.

With experience spanning all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work, we’re able to guide your project from first ideas through to delivery and aftercare. Whether working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, we bring clarity, creativity and technical know-how at every step.

Our Services.

  • At Mint Landscape we are able to work alongside the Client and project team to develop the brief. Through strategic, landscape focussed site analysis including Landscape Visual Appraisals we can help define the proposals and ensure a solid foundation for the design to evolve from.

  • Every great design starts with an idea. We draw inspiration from our surroundings to instil a sense of place and purpose; we believe every site has something unique to be celebrated.

    Mint Landscape are able to lead the Concept Design to ensure a collaborative approach, where the landscape responds sensitively to its surroundings whilst celebrating opportunity.

  • We are able to assist with the Detailed Landscape Design, progressing the information developed at Stage 1 & 2 to provide information suitable for planning submission and costing.

    This includes stand-alone information such as a Landscape Statement and/ or input into the Design and Access Statement in collaboration with the project Architect.

    We are also experienced in attending and presenting at Design Review Panels and Pre Application meetings.

  • We are able to produce Stage Four Landscape Information to assist Contractor procurement.

    Typical information includes:

    • Landscape General Arrangement Plans.

    • Hard Landscape and Levels Plans.

    • Soft Landscape, Planting Plans and Plant Schedules.

    • Soil Improvement Plans

    • Typical Details

    • Landscape Specifications and Management Plans.

  • To follow the Technical Design landscape information Mint Landscape are able to provide Construction detailed information to ensure no detail is missed following the contractor appointment.

  • To ensure your scheme meets the specifications and design detail provided at Stage Five we offer handover services.

    Mint Landscape are able to attend site to carry out snagging reports. The report is provided to the client enabling them to raise any identifed defects with the contractor for rectification prior to handover.

  • Following the successful handover of your site we are able to attend site, with your permission, to review the landscape. We will provide a report which includes recommendations to improve the function and appearance of the site as well as addressing potential alterations to the management techniques.
